We, the family that meets at the Walnut Hill Church of Christ, are a Bible-centered fellowship that
serves Jesus as Lord.
|
|
|
|
Our sincere desire is to follow Christ faithfully and to exhibit the fruit of the
Spirit in our personal lives. Jesus promised us a special kind of peace that is
beyond human understanding. It is this peace from God that guards our hearts
and minds and that we seek to share throughout the world.

It is our intention to emphasize "the
LOVE
of God, the
GRACE
of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the
FELLOWSHIP
of the Holy Spirit". We would like to invite you to join us for worship, Bible
class, or one of our many special events.

In our efforts to worship in a manner that is pleasing to God, our worship services are
patterned after the instructions given to the first century churches through the Bible.
We worship with congregational
a cappella
singing, and everyone is invited to participate. We also share in open communion of the
Lord's Supper each first day of the week. Immediately following the lesson in the assembly,
the "Hymn of Encouragement" is an open call for public response to the Lord's invitation
to request baptism, transfer membership, or request the prayers of the church family.
